Responsible and accountable for all undertaken BAU and project deliverables. This is a leadership role with an emphasis on driving both optimised delivery and continuous improvement through transparency, reflection, and evolution. Alongside facilitating agile events, I have worked on instilling a continuous improvement mindset across various teams. By monitoring and identifying areas of improvement, my teams were able to increase their velocity by over 20% and maintain that over a period of time.

In July of 2022 the role was modulated to operate at a program level (as opposed to a project level), necessitating a substantial increase in remit, extending to five squads involved in distinctly different work. There is an additional requisite for “servant leadership” and a commitment to team health, coaching, and facilitation – specifically as it relates to Agile frameworks, practices and mindset.
